Catch Up! Navigating the First and Next Steps at the University of Tübingen (UT)

This event aims to explore popular narratives about mental health with little to no factual basis ("myths"). Together, we will also look into how mental health is perceived and communicated in different cultures, working towards raising awareness for the topic as a whole as well as students' own mental well-being. 
An input presentation will be followed by group discussions, where the participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences concerning communicative and cultural practices in their home countries.
The concluding element consists of possible points of contact at the University of Tübingen, enabling students to quickly turn to the right institutions in case of questions or issues regarding mental health.
