Summary
Similar to light signaling cascades, the temperature a plant experiences throughout its development regulates the splicing of large number of mRNAs. TP C04 will investigate the effects of changes in ambient temperature on flowering in the light of temperature-dependent alternative mRNA splicing of floral regulators.
